These sessions focus on nervous system regulation and creating safety in the body.Nervous system regulation is simply teaching your body how to get out of stress mode and back into balance. When you’re stuck in fight, flight, or freeze, everything feels harder - sleep, focus, even just coping with the day.I’ll guide you through simple movements and practices that calm your system, and you’ll leave with tools you can use anytime stress or overwhelm shows up.These sessions are for you if you struggle with:- Stress or burnout
- Anxiety or panic attacks
- Depression or low mood
- ADHD or neurodivergence
- Trouble sleeping or switching off
- Overthinking or constant overwhelm
- Feeling wired but tired
- Chronic pain, tension or restlessness
- Emotional ups & downs
- Feeling stuck in survival mode
